Accuracy is strongest on music with clear pitched instruments or vocals; heavily distorted, percussion-only, or very noisy audio transcribes less cleanly.

Is there a file size or length limit?

Files up to 100MB and about 20 minutes long are supported. Longer files take proportionally longer to transcribe since everything runs on your device rather than a server.
Can I play the MIDI file back on this page?

Not yet — download the .mid file and open it in a DAW (Ableton, Logic, GarageBand, FL Studio) or notation software (MuseScore) to play it back, edit the notes, or change the instrument.
Why does the first conversion take longer than the next one?

The first time you use the tool in a session, your browser downloads the transcription model (under 1MB, a one-time download that's then cached). Subsequent transcriptions in the same session start immediately.
What if no notes are detected?

If the audio is silent, extremely noisy, or has no clear pitched content, the tool shows an error instead of producing an empty MIDI file. Try a recording with clearer melodic or harmonic content.
