Supports .csv files

Everything you need to convert CSV to PDF

100% private, nothing uploaded

Your data is parsed and drawn inside your browser. It is never sent to a server.

A proper bordered table

Rows and columns are drawn as a clean table with a bold header row, not as raw comma-separated text.

Columns fit the page

Columns share the page width, long values wrap inside their cell, and a very wide table switches to landscape.

Quoted fields done right

Commas, quotes and line breaks inside quoted cells stay in the right cell.

Any separator

Comma, semicolon and tab separated files are detected automatically.

Automatic pagination

Long tables flow across as many PDF pages as needed, with each row kept whole.

Three steps to your PDF

  1. 1

    Upload your CSV file

Drag and drop a .csv file onto the page, or click to browse. Nothing is uploaded to a server.

  2. 2

    Convert

Click Convert to PDF. The first row becomes the table header and every row is drawn as a bordered table that fits the page, right in your browser.

  3. 3

    Download your PDF

Download the finished PDF to print or share without a spreadsheet app.

Frequently asked questions

Is this CSV to PDF converter free?

+

Yes. It is free, with no account, no sign-up and no watermark. Two limits to know about: 5,000 rows and 40 columns, and 300 pages in the output PDF.

Is my CSV file uploaded to a server?

+

No. The file is read and drawn into a PDF entirely in your browser, so the data never leaves your device.

What if a cell contains a comma or a line break?

+

Cells wrapped in double quotes are read correctly, including commas, doubled quotes and line breaks inside them, so a value like "Smith, John" stays in one cell. A line break inside a cell is shown as a space.

What if the file uses semicolons or tabs instead of commas?

+

The separator is detected automatically, so semicolon-separated and tab-separated exports from Excel and other tools work too.

What happens when a CSV has too many columns for one page?

+

Columns share the page width and long values wrap inside their cell. If a table is too wide to read in portrait, the page turns to landscape and the font shrinks. Files with around 30 or more columns can end up with very small text, and the PDF adds a note when any cell text had to be shortened.

Is the first row treated as a header?

+

Yes. The first row is drawn as a bold header row, which is how most CSV exports are laid out.
